To save our guests from taking icy cold showers I called Don and Brandon. They were able to get out to my home quickly, arrived on schedule, and promptly diagnosed the problem (it was an issue with the shower cartridge).

I thought I'd have to replace the part (and I should stress that Don and Brandon don't upcharge their clients for parts) but they took the time to further inspect the issue and it turned the cartridge didn't even need to be replaced, it had just been installed incorrectly. In no time my shower was back to getting hot water!

At the end of the day I was blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing.

This was my first time using Father & Son and it won't be the last. Thanks Don and Brandon!
